Biodiversity Impact, incorporates the Integrated Biodiversity Assessment Tool (IBAT); Nature Risk, includes impacts, dependencies, and stewardship information incorporating the nature and biodiversity management practices of companies; and based on lifecycle analysis, a new BioFootprint Biodiversity Footprint metric.
Designed to align with current and evolving disclosures, including SFDR & the TNFD, and covering the full ACWI universe, this follows the adoption of the Global Biodiversity Framework, which encourages large and transnational companies and financial institutions to regularly monitor, assess and transparently disclose their biodiversity risks, dependencies and impacts.
