Press Release: NatureAlpha Launches Automated TNFD-Aligned Nature Reporting

London, 21st January 2026 – NatureAlpha, a leader in biodiversity and nature risk analytics, today announced the launch of its automated nature reporting system, which provides comprehensive, TNFD-aligned nature risk reports quickly, simply and at low cost.
Following engagement with clients, industry experts and regulators, NatureAlpha has brought to market its user-friendly, cutting edge, TNFD-aligned automated reporting, to remove the unnecessary complexity, burden and costs associated with the production of nature related reports.
The system requires just three simple inputs per company – name; ISIN number; portfolio weighting – and within minutes clients will receive their bespoke, quality, professional, downloadable, multiple-page PDF report. Users can generate either detailed deep-dive reports for a single listed company; or portfolio-level reports for portfolios ranging from 2 to 5,000+ companies - with illustrative reporting for the top 20 companies, ranked by nature risk. Even extremely large groups of companies can be input efficiently, using the integrated user-friendly excel template.
NatureAlpha’s latest development comes in response to growing demand from businesses, investors and financial institutions which face increasing pressure to understand, manage and report on their natural world risks. As the industry awaits the release of the exposure draft of ISSB’s global nature reporting standards at COP17, leveraging the TNFD’s LEAP approach, the timing is pertinent for a for product which streamlines the nature disclosure process.
The automated reporting system is powered by NatureAlpha’s nature risk platform, Geoverse 2.0, which provides unprecedented levels of data granularity, reliability and coverage – spanning over 11,500 companies globally.
Nick Hough-Robbins, CEO, NatureAlpha, commented:
"Against a backdrop of increasing regulatory demands and a growing recognition that nature is financially material, businesses rightly want to future-proof themselves for upcoming regulatory requirements, build long-term resilience and report on their natural world risk. Momentum is global with over 700 major organisations having committed to adopt TNFD-aligned reporting – this momentum will only continue as we transition to a global baseline in nature reporting this year.
Until now the production of nature reports has been labour and time intensive, expensive, burdensome and often overwhelming – requiring the manual collation, analysis, presentation and design of countless metrics, data points and information for each individual portfolio company. Our reporting tool will be game-changing for fund managers, insurers, corporations and capital allocators, who can now efficiently and cost effectively produce quality TNFD-aligned reports within minutes.”
